Terms and conditions
Season dates: The mowing season runs from May 1st through September 30th.

Scheduling: Tania Leclerc will determine visit timing based on grass growth conditions. Customers will receive a message before and after each visit. Visits will occur no sooner than every 5 days and no later than every 12 days during the growing season.

Weather: Visits may be rescheduled due to rain or unsafe mowing conditions. Lost Loon Groundskeeping will reschedule at the earliest opportunity at no extra charge.

Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable once the season begins. If a customer cancels before the first visit, the full deposit will be returned minus any administrative costs.

Property care: The customer is responsible for removing obstacles (toys, furniture, hoses) before each visit. Lost Loon Groundskeeping holds $2M general liability insurance.
